For anyone who has followed me for awhile you will notice that I favour the use of “Sweet almond Oil”. For me this is the most flexible option but below are some alternatives if you have allergies or wish to try a different base oil.

Base oil alternatives.

Normal or Combination Skin

Hemp Seed oil

Fractionated Coconut oil

Grapeseed oil (Warning can stain sheets)

Olive oil

Kukui Nut oil (also good for damaged skin)
