I feel like I would definitely remember something as devastating as being told my boyfriend never had a pet in his life. This is something that must be rectified immediately. You need like at least ten pets to make up for lost time. And that is perfectly sound logic.
um jade i really appreciate the enthusiasm but even with the two of us i dont think we can take care of ten pets that just seems like hell waiting to happen actually

You’ve never had a pet?!?! That’s probably one of the single most depressing things I have ever heard!! Pets are the greatest! They play with you and love you and cheer you up when you are sad! Pets are probably the best thing in the universe.
