He cleared his throat, he denied the answer in his brain. “Why did you come back, of you feel so strongly about this?”
“We got lost.” You heard went down feeling ashamed for he will never answer you.
“So you an elf with a dwarf?” Thranduil stood up and went down stairs to meet you. “Why is an elf with them?” He repeats the WHY part.
“After when my farther was killed, I was still mad at you. He was YOUR best friend and yet you never wanted to help. They took me in, they didn’t care and still don’t, that I’m an elf. You know I was young, I had no place to go. So there you know why.” You backed away from him as he takes step towards you. Even when you write to him, he wouldn’t ever answer.
“Yes he was my best friend. But I thought he was going mad, when he said he was helping them. Still do, even for a girl like yourself. Are you willing to stay?” He walks around you wanting to touch you again.
“No. I trespass on you land, your majesty. So I belong down there. With them.” You turn your back, like he always did with you.
“So be it.” He gave the nod and guards took you away. As you are out of his site. He mumbles to himself like you just asked the question. ‘Do I annoy thee too?’ “Never my love.” He took in a deep breath and let it go to other thoughts.
