Easily distracted - that's why do not browse and subscribe much. Other way will scroll way too much and waste time. So this is all mostly just to post.

I've learned that people on the internet don't know how to keep a conflict of opinions civil, so if you don't like mine and not sure you can speak in polite tone and with reason, then it is better just to block me and move on - we're all entitled to do that sometimes.

This place is some kind of diary to observe skills progressing, and to drop thoughts, memes and art.

I've tried to depict Leif from 48th chapter of @joyfullwhisp 's fic.

"Eyes as cold as ice peered at her, not with malice, but a strange welcoming tone, deep as the frozen over lake. Long tufts of hoar frosted on his fluffy antennae and on his brows, giving the figure a sagely appearance. He was clad in armor made of dark ice. A heavy mantle rested on his shoulders. It gathered quite a bit of snow between its many small bristles, and a part of it trudged through the snow, leaving behind a long trail. It was parted by two long arms, claws of the same dark ice created a great contrast to his armor and a mantle. Deep within, like a pulsing heart, hung heavily a tabard of mycelium, individual strands of which were woven together and some even kept the armor in place."

My lack of artistical understanding got in the way again, but I tried my best 🙃

How it feels to be in any fandom whilst resenting all sorts of baseless ships

(Granted, if author just honestly admits this is a crackship not meant to be justified in the first place - then it is actually very fun. It is rabidly convincing others that "it's actually canon ship because they've talked to each other once" what makes you roll yer eyes)

Years and years i've been polite and patient with people. I swallowed back nasty retorts and harsh punches, because people had some amount of my respect, and so I was willing to forgive. But with time, it turned out that they didn't deserved that. I can tell myself endlessly that at least I was better and stayed nice. But if reality, all what I am last with is gnawing regret. If these relationships were to end anyway, what was the point? Wish I could turn back the time and at least have a moral retaliation by striking where it hurts every time people did that to me. Dialogues replaying over and over again, with acid never spitted back and little inconvenient things never adressed. Worst of all, i don't even know if I have this same attitude anymore. Will I be ever again such patient to ignore nitpicks and not sucker punch in return? I don't know.

Now every time I on a lazy dopamine-backed reflex open a social media app to scroll and consume, my mind just sighs in exasperation and says "lemme guess, negativity, absurd, slop and same things being pushed again, again and again?", and so after a second pause I close the tab and go reading, writing, drawing or working on my projects. Brain feels somewhat deprived, but it also feels freeing

Ah, yes, Lieutenant Maki. They say "The forbidden fruit is the sweeties one", and for the most people it indeed is. There is a slight problem that nine out of ten times chase after that forbidden fruit will end up in your guts decorating the local trees even before you taste the thing. Has that stopped anyone? No. But a bunch of scarred veterans with skill and gear protecting the forbidden fruit - will. The aforementioned vigilantes call themselves "Corps", and Maki might be as well the oldest and most proficient member of the faction. Not much known of how exactly he ended up in the Zone, and his time in it could be rounded down to usual Loner-Who-Made-It. As why he went to Corps - rot if I know. Maybe it is a substitute for potential instinct, boredom or whatnot. His experience of staying alive for so long turned out invaluable - you can take for the metric that he is allowed to go on the solo missions. (That is to dismay of his closest comrades - one of which are believed to be his sister, but I am not sure). The jack of all trades, he could be seen eliminating mutants and bounties, scouting, investigating, hunting for artifacts, escorting and whatnot. Main course, for sure, is barring anyone from moving up north towards their death. Even if saving from death sometimes requires bashing a bug with a butt of a rifle.
