Die Frage zum Verhältnis von musikalischem Notat zu musikalischer Instanz ist nicht, “Was kann ich aus dem Notentext herausholen” sondern “Was lege ich in den Notentext hinein”. 

Der Notentext allein enthält keine Intention, keine Emotion oder Expression. All das kommt aus dem Kontext, sowohl dem traditioneller Kodierung als auch dem individuellen Kontext von Komposition und Interpretation
