So, I fought through the Sith army and made my way to Bastila! She was kind of easy easy but kept taunting me and stopping the fight to regain health (4 times she did this!) and I was gonna save her butttt
Like, listen, had she not of been rude the whole game and acted better than everyone but also be the one that switched sides and keep taunting me AND STILL THINKING SHES HOLIER THAN THOU I had enough
Anyways, I made it to Malak, who of course ran away like he always does and sent 6 SIX attack droids at me, instead of fighting them I chased him because fuck that
And yet, he still belittled me, after all I’ve done to prove my strength!
I took him down, he was the hardest boss by far! He kept zapping these poor captured Jedi and taking their energy to regain his health, there was like 8 of them and I bet anything I could of done something to prevent it but I didn’t know how to, I saw several terminals in the room before the fight, with the droids so maybe there was something I could of done there but I didn’t so I had to fight him 8 times lol
But I killed him, the republic destoryed the Star Forge and the universe was saved!
As someone who had no real knowledge of the Star Wars universe prior I throughly enjoyed exploring all of the planets and aliens and cultures! I can clearly see why people still talk about and play this game, it’s a masterpiece besides that last level, which I found frustrating. I liked that nothing was really black and white, lots of moral grey areas! My only real complaint was that, all though the main story was told beautifully, I find it so boring and uninspired that with how rich the Star Wars universe is it always boils down to “Jedi vs Sith”. I think I would of enjoyed it way more if you, the protag, was just a normal citizen of the galaxy and you weren’t a key figure in saving the entire universe but instead maybe saving your city, or town or family. Maybe I’m crazy with saying that, idk. Overall I’d give it a solid 9/10, very very good game and I’m a fan of Star Wars now.
