â„ A Birthday Gift for My Best Friend ~ Happy Bâday senpaidepressivo
i donât know why but i imagine wrath saying thE GREATEST SHIT EVER or telling thE WORST JOKE AND THINKING itâS ACTUALLY The bEST AND DOING IT WITH A STRAIGHT FACEÂ
âFo you. What brings you here at this hour?â
"Ahâ do I need a reason now to see my little brother?â
"With the Promised Day drawing this near, I would assume your presence does not come without purpose."
"My wife knows just as much as we want her to know. No more, no less, and certainly not anything that you will inform her of."
âHrmfo, this isnât a matter you should get involved with, Rockbell. Not unless you want to come out the other side unscathed.â
    âIâll take that as a âshe knowsâ and a âPride makes fun of you c o n s t a n t l y about it,â honey.â
âThe one time you ever seem threatening and itâs in between 'fo's.' Regardless, Iâm not the one you need to worry about with this kind of information.â
"-- For a human, she is consistently perceptive when I would rather she be oblivious. Pride, on the other hand, is another situation entirely."
"Actually, while we're on the topic -- it seems he's grown rather testy these past fofour weeks, would it be too much to ask for you to--"
  "Remove him?"
"Sister."
   âPuppy. Wrath.â
"Fo you. What brings you here at this hour?"
    â⊠Fo?â
"Sister."
"Perfectly, and without any assistance.â
âMedical care is quite unnecessary, young lady.â
ââ â We are never to speak of this again, do you understand?â
âOh donât young lady me, you sound like youâre either in a hell of a lot of painâ or youâre trying to laugh in the middle of a nervous tick.â
â⊠Does your wife know about this?â
"My wife knows just as much as we want her to know. No more, no less, and certainly not anything that you will inform her of."
"Hrmfo, this isn't a matter you should get involved with, Rockbell. Not unless you want to come out the other side unscathed."
"Ah, Ms. Rockbell. So nice of you to join me."
  Fofofofo.
ââŠÂ Thatâs it, Iâm taking you to the hospital. Are you in pain, can you stand? Why are you  f o - i n g ?â
"Perfectly, and without any assistance."
"Medical care is quite unnecessary, young lady."
"-- -- We are never to speak of this again, do you understand?"
"Hrmâ Fo."
  âFo-fo.â
      âFofofofoffofo.â
"Ah, Ms. Rockbell. So nice of you to join me."
  Fofofofo.
"Hrm-- Fo."
  "Fo-fo."
      "Fofofofoffofo."
âSo, then how is it you remain alive? With the amount of blood you lost, I figured it was safe to assume death came quite swiftly.â
He stalled, if only to raise a single brow. âWhy, you ask? You were all nuisances. I came to collect Greed, and each of your pathetic cohorts were bent on getting in my path. The only logical response was to eliminate them.â
âYeah, I nearly bled out. Iâm still not completely sure how I survived, but here I am. Apparently the good scientists at laboratory five engineered us for battle. Makes us harder to kill, see.âÂ
ââBut we werenât bothering anyone, Bradley!â she continued, her eyes narrowed with fury, hate, and murderous intent. âYouâre a liar. You gave the orders to eradicate all of us even before you stepped foot in the Devilâs Nest. Before my friends had the chance to leave peacefully.â In one, swift movement, the chimera drew her dagger, holding it ready. Itâs gleam reflected the look in her eyes- she wanted to kill him. âYouâre going to pay for what you did.âÂ
"I can't say I recall asking for a touching rendition of your grief regarding the subject, chimera."
"Liar I may be, but that still doesn't quite answer how you out of several others managed to survive. If each of you are genetically engineered as such, wouldn't it make sense for everyone to have lived?" Catching glance of the snake's offensive gesture, the homunculus rested a hand upon his blade, "Oh, is that a fact? And how, exactly, could you attempt explaining the murder of this nation's FĂŒhrer?"
âWell thatâs one way to make âfirstâ impressions.â
âWhy not take a seat, Ms. Rockbell? Iâm sure Lieutenant Hawkeye has tea prepared for the two of us.â
â⊠âkay. Is there something important you wanted to talk about? Seems pretty unlikely for you to be able to fit tea in your schedule.â
"Oh, I'm sure things will be quite alright if I allow myself five minutes of relaxation. Now then; I think it would be best if we discussed your little friend, Mr. Elric."
âI like to think not all my efforts were in vainâ Tell me, chimera, where stand the rest of your filthy companions?âÂ
âDead. You killed them, you scum. Or donât you remember?â the chimera hissed a lie. âThem and Greed. Now itâs my turn. Why? Why, Bradley, did you slaughter us?â
"So, then how is it you remain alive? With the amount of blood you lost, I figured it was safe to assume death came quite swiftly."
He stalled, if only to raise a single brow. "Why, you ask? You were all nuisances. I came to collect Greed, and each of your pathetic cohorts were bent on getting in my path. The only logical response was to eliminate them."
