nobody warned me that route 001 was the most devastating thing in the world oh my god. oh my god?

genuinely with some minor tweaks to story that could have worked as the full game and it woulda been fine. but the fact that it Isnt. that it kinda leads you on by saying maybe this could be good. maybe we can live happily. maybe you can save Some of them. before it hurls a brick right at your face. is sooooo. .

it utilizes all the characters very well and they mostly have good growth or regression in a way that's very satisfying. and the ones who Don't grow much are still pushing the plot forward because of how tragic it is that they won't be getting a happy ending.

its really good and im gonna think about it forever even as i keep playing because i only have like 19 endings 😭

update for all who care: we let him out yippeee!!!! hes such a dick and keeps getting into verbal fights and i love him 💜 cleared an entire half of the battlefield with just him right after.

playing hundred line is making me appreciate that eito very clearly Actually has some kind of illness unlike nagito who literally just says that and nothing ever happens with it ever

like unless you are a "oh he's crazy because dementia" truther (which is weird btw) his supposed illness has no bearing on the plot, except MAYBE with despair disease hitting him harder. idk i think he was lying about it tbh.
