Can a group of characters who are essentially always seen together be submitted as a single entry? (ie huey dewey and louie, or yakko wakko and dot)

I've seen a lot of confusion on this, and some people have asked, so let me clarify. The way I see it, a toon is a (usually) animated character that does things that aren't physically possible for a regular human or animal to do. They might(!) employ some silly gags, like breaking the fourth wall, some outlandish slapstick, and more. They can squash and stretch and bounce around. They can have an anvil dropped on their heads, flattened to a pancake, and spring right back up without a scratch on them. Most notable examples are from old Disney cartoons, Looney Tunes, and the movie, Who Framed Roger Rabbit! And if you've played the mmo Toontown, you know exactly what I mean! I think this wiki page explains it better than I ever could.
