"The first week is also the last week."
"The silent battle within oneself is the loudest battle of all."
Constant drinking. Compulsive smoking. Extreme drug use. Obsessive interests. Violent tendencies. Excessive narcissism. Overflowing ignorance. Nurturing anger and hatred. Lack of love and compassion. Filling oneself with immorality. Uncaring for others. Complete disregard of ethics. Consumption without end. Deluding oneself into false belief. .......................................... Senseless degeneration is the one thing they all have in common. And it's unfortunately a flaw that we all bear. terraluna5
Who doesn't like a beautiful sunset? I took this in Laguna Beach last year.
Glory to the mighty Thirteenth Legion! Glory to the Ultramarines! Glory to Warhammer 40,000!
You'll find this on my deviantART profile, terraluna5. Made especially for the Fourth of July a few years back, it was my way of displaying loyalty to my home country. I definitely felt patriotic when making this drawing. Enjoy, and enjoy my dA website if you want to have a look sometime!
Ha HA~! When in need of a charge, get a living, portable, and mobile battery in the form of a Pikachu. He won't mind giving you a charge, even if he hates his job! Wipe that look off your face, Pikachu! What the hell am I paying you for? Credit for the photo goes to the original creator. It is not mine.

Ponder that for a moment, will you?
Something of mine that I've been working on digitally. Just to pass the time.
Just a little taste of my creations. Again, go to my profile on DeviantART (terraluna5) if you wish to see more of my art. Enjoy.
A Thousand Sons is one of my favorite novels. From the Horus Heresy bestseller series, this novel describes the tragic story of the Thousand Sons, a legion of superhuman warriors who are also blessed and cursed with incredible psychic and magical powers. Blessed because it makes them mighty and among the most powerful armies in their universe, cursed because a dark power covets them and plans to take their souls. This novel, if you haven't read it yet, is but part of a much larger story divided into numerous books. A Thousand Sons and the series to which it belongs is one which I highly recommend anyone to read, if you haven't read it yet. But back to the artwork; I can now say, "FINALLY! A perfect rendition of the tragic Battle of Prospero and the Thousand Sons' fall from grace!" There are many older artworks that show this sad battle, but this one is by far the best. I love how the artist captured every detail. It's amazing, and it brings back memories. I remember letting out a few tears when I first read the book. It was so sad to see such a cultured and civilized legion fall so far to their doom. They should've survived and rebuilt! (sigh) Oh, well.......... I definitely would've sided with the Thousand Sons (red armor) if I fought in that battle. Tzeentch can't have my soul, though!
I forgot! Credit goes to the original artist for making this masterpiece. This is his or her work, not mine.
Glory to the Thousand Sons.
Reminds me of the time I went to Agua Dulce after midnight a few years ago to see the starry sky. Wasn't like this, though.
"The worst enemy any draconian regime, government, or faith fears the most is a being capable of independent thought, possessed of a strong intelligence, independence, and awareness, and with a high sense of compassion and love. In other words, that being.....is you. You are the very thing these corrupt powers fear the most."
It sounds crazy, but I think it's possible that this may be true. Who has been the person who's ever been oppressed, controlled, and dictated to, even today in our modern times? The answer: us.
"Once you've gotten accustomed to a system of work under enough time and training, you may assume that you know everything there is to know about that system. But sometimes the system can surprise you with a new piece of knowledge that you had no idea about. It humbles you, and what you get in return is a new form of learning, and a new nugget of information to add to your inner library, to be used in the future."
Very true. I've had this happen to me once, and it damn well surprised me.
