↑ not sure if ジルベルト+α can be translated this way but i wanted it to sound funny. also the irony that they were joking about using gil's name for their party when they're already called one slash's party on the regular anyway lol

↑ there are some scenes where gil sniffs lizel's hair and i kept wondering why always the hair in particular. this was the scene that made me realise that with their height difference, the top of lizel's head is basically right under gil's nose (›´ω`‹ )

(speaking as someone who ships them though, gil also touches lizel's hair a lot in general, so he probably just likes lizel's hair lol)

sorry if they look drastically different in some drawings, i was(am?) still trying to figure out how to draw them in my style _(:3」∠)_

i did some simple translations for all the comics based on the web novel scenes myself (rephrased from google tl), but neither japanese nor english is my first language so please understand if they're not very accurate (×﹏×)

also since sometimes i get asked where to read this series: - web novel (japanese, update irregular) - manga (japanese, update once a month (no fixed date). the chapters available to read for free are only the first two + the latest one) - fan translation of the web novel (english, update irregular) - light novels are... available to buy on bookstores lol (i buy digitally on cmoa for example) - the manga is licensed in english by tokyopop, and as of posting this 43 chapters/10 volumes are available. this is the only official english version we have right now

personally the first kiss happening after they're in new york seems more plausible! since they finally confessed and understood each other's feelings properly, also they were together all the time i think it would be easier to close the distance even more lol. i always imagine that they started dating around that time too (*´艸｀)

i also really enjoy hcs about how they're fwb the whole time all the way until final problem, in this case they could have their first kiss as early as noahtic 😌

though sherliam not making a move on each other until current canon is also interesting and very funny even though in my own standards that's not possible LOL

sorry i don't have one definitive answer, but i like playing around with and imagining multiple hcs even though they contradict each other hahaha

i originally drew this after reading chapter 73(web)/72(book) when they were traveling from eleven's house to astalnia, but after catching up with everything i realised this scenario works without that context since it seems this isn't an uncommon occurrence 😭

i like to think that he looks normal when he's by himself but as soon as people with average height(lizel and eleven) stand beside him That's when he looks big. it's so cute that he's the only tall one...

you may be thinking that some of the reactions to the tumblr update are unfounded or panicky. but i meant what i said: this will fucking destroy any artist on this site.

for your reference, i tracked down one of my original posts; which had a notes section that looked like this:

holy shit. by my math, that is not even two percent of the amount of aggregate notes my writing actually has. i am not able to see any of the literal hundreds of replies, comments, or tags.

maybe this is a bit presumptuous but i consider myself to be fairly popular on this site. i still remember the first time a large blog "picked up" my work - how quickly all of a sudden i was getting seen. notes on my poetry jumped from like 10 to 300 to 3k. overnight. that was the magic of tumblr, and the incredible writing community i found here.

but now if i answer any of my fellow writers, if i say please go check this out or even if i add additional context to my own work - the artist is removed completely from their own content.

do you want to reply to an "ask game"? do you want to reply to a story prompt? do you want to just make a funny joke with your friends? well, that sucks - you might be depriving them of literally 98% of their notes.

it isn't about clout chasing. it is about giving creators control over their own materials. even a silly post deserves to be connected directly with the person that thought it up.

the tumblr feedback form is currently crashed for me, but when it's up, everyone please go (politely! calmly! like you're walking in a burning building!) tell them what you think. in the meantime: @staff @changes like... i am begging you. literally just set up a suggestion box for ideas on how to monetize tumblr, surely one of us can help you.

re: my last ask but every time i get into a new series i'm always so happy to find artists who have drawn an obscene amount of fanarts and i'd spend so much time just scrolling through their media, so when i realised i became that kind of artist it makes me kinda :") waugh,,

i definitely already talked about this but every once in a while there's always someone going through my entire posts here, so once in a while i also get someone apologising for spamming my notifs 😂 if anything it makes me happy that there are still (i assume) new people discovering yuumori and through it, my art as well

i'm a bit embarrassed about my older arts because i don't like a lot of them anymore but i'm glad if people still enjoy them anyway (´⌣`ʃƪ)💗

hello, where else can I find fanfic for a gentle noble's vacation recommendation aside from ao3?

hi! i usually read gentle noble fics on pixiv. well they're obviously in japanese which is a problem(?) on its own, but if language doesn't matter there are tons of good ones there. otherwise i'm not sure where else to read them, sorry!
