dinner tonight
starting the russian gymnast diet today. I’m supposed to go to a beach resort thing this weekend with some friends - who are all skinnier and prettier than me. maybe I can at least try to shed something before I get there. I hate my ass. it’s just this big unflatteriing lump on my body making me look like a stupid cow.
I've let myself go. And I also went back to the boy I keep trying to get away from. He is just so severely confusing. And I just wish I was as skinny as the first time I met him, because maybe he'd love me like he used to.
What the fuck? I'm 22 years old, I workout, and I've never had a child. Why do I have this? How much weight do I have to lose to get rid of this? Will it ever go away???
I’ll do one of these this week and the other one next week. :) I’ll tell you if I see results. 5kg to go for June because I want to be skinny for my birthday on June 3rd. xx (I’ll of course replace the eggs with something else)

For when you just have to eat something. 😘
I feel incredibly awful. My show opened this weekend and I just ate so much food and I'm supposed to be happy and celebrating and enjoying this and all I can think about when I'm onstage is how fat I am and how everyone in the audience must be staring at my cottage cheese thighs and fat butt. PLEASE, I am begging for an emergency diet, sort of similar to the ABC diet but maybe with specific food recommendations? Please help.

cut three slices of ginger, put it to boil with one cup of water and the juice of one lime/lemon.
after it boils, put it in the refrigerator.
when it’s cold, put one tablespoon of honey.
it’s a detox water. it “helps” you lose weight and (for me) it stops the hunger! i was able to skip dinner just by drinking that.
i’m drinking this everyday and it’s helping me.
