Hello everyone!

I am sorry for the delay in answering your messages! Unfortunately I have had medical problems to deal with, another unfortunate passing away in my family and a legal situation with the shipping company that has unfortunately messed quite a few of the packages up. Due to the situation as it is and the company being under investigation by the Office for Customer Protection at the moment I will be sending refunds back to the buyers who have requested it due to their packages having been too long in transit and that have not arrived yet.

I would also like to tell everyone that the gmail account of the zine has been having problems in both sending and receiving messages. I have been contacted privately that many shipping numbers or dates of the orders I have sent have not been received. For speedier responses I would like to ask you guys to email me at [email protected] to make sure your messages are received properly.

I have also received a dispute on PayPal. Unfortunately due to the time having passed PayPal does not accept the dispute, but I have received your order number and please be assured I will be refunding your package ASAP.

It’s coming up on two years now since preorders. Can someone else take over for shipping? I don’t think I even want this zine anymore.

Unfortunately, as I mentioned in a recent post and also the emails I have sent with the digital bundles (which I ask please once more to contact me if you have not received them, they have been sent back at the end of November), there is only myself at the moment who is coordinating everything regarding the zine and unfortunately I have not had anyone else I could delegate to when my health started failing.

I promise I too wish to see this project finalized, to fruition, and I understand how frustrating it can be to wait so long for a zine. I have been in your shoes with several zines started during the pandemic which spanned over 2-3 years since preorders. When we started this zine I was not anticipating the loss of several members of my immediate family nor my heath declining so badly, therefore I was not able to be efficient enough and not keep you waiting for so long and for this I am very sorry.

Please message me on the messenger option of tumblr and we can work out a solution to ship your bundle with priority or to refund you for your purchase.

We have had a bad streak with shipping companies, but I have managed to make a deal in order to have zines picked up from my home and sent to you so the process would be smoother and faster with a very reliable shipping company. They are scheduled for exact days, the courier comes gives me your tracking and order number ticket and takes them further. It has not been possible until now due to prices skyrocketing, but I have managed to catch a deal on this option. Thus everything will be faster, streamlined and more efficient. Please, just grant me a little more of your patience.

Shipping update, hacker scare + other details

I apologize for the long silence. This is a long message, but it has a lot of information so I urge you to read all of it.

As I had mentioned before my health took quite a bad turn and I also has several bad reactions to some new meds which made everything pretty hellish for a while there. I'm still somewhat not great but definitely better than before. 

Moreover, there have been several security concerns I have been dealing with in regards to the zine accounts as an aftermath of the hacking attempt we've been through. Unfortunately it was way more extensive than I could have imagined and as a result I have been locked out of most of the zine + personal accounts (including my university account) as a result I have been working with google, tumblr and twitter to get access back. It has been slow going, but I can assure you that the security means employed mean that no one’s personal details were compromised. It just means I also had a hella of a time getting back in the account.

I have also had problems with one of our shipping companies suddenly changing their prices and their terms for several countries among which the United States where several of the tracked contributor packages need to be sent which led me to seeking a new shipping company for these packages. A new company has been found with rates at the several level as the previous one so this issue has been solved. Packages will start going out again as fast as I can, but I need to let you know that I have had my driver license suspended for 30 days and considering the fact the shipping company is quite far, the amount of packages I will be able to send per one shipment will be smaller.

So far there have also been 5 packages returned to me. I have contacted their buyers and hope to hear from them soon. If you have not yet had your package shipped and need an address change, please, please let me know as soon as you can and I will accommodate.

It has come to my attention that not all buyers have received their digital bundles due to Google blocking their messages and seeing them as spam. These packages were sent back in November. If you are one of the people who did not receive them, please let me know ASAP and we will find together a way to make sure you get them.

Shipping

Hello!

Just a quick request to all those who ordered a bundle of any type. If by any chance your circumstances changed and you need a change of address or a delay in sending your order please let me know. I've had three orders returning this week and I'm trying to get in touch with the people who ordered to find out what happened.

To answer the questions I received on tumblr everyone who opted for tracked shipping will indeed receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been sent. If you opted for non-tracked shipping I’ll let you know on the day I shipped the package an estimate day of arrival for your package.

UPDATE

In regards to shipping the company has mentioned returning to normal work schedule in the following way

National shipping: from 21st November EU shipping from 5th December International shipping: from 12th December

As most, if not all remaining bundles that need to be sent are international, the shipping schedule will recommence based on this new information.

As mentioned in my previous post, I am currently dealing with some serious medical issues that are impacting my day-to-day life. They are still under investigation and have to do with my lungs and heart. I will apologize in advance for any tardiness that might result because of that. I am hoping to get to the bottom of them, but unfortunately in the past two weeks they have had a severe impact on my daily activities so I would like to let everyone know in case they continue impacting me on long term. I will keep you up to date on any changes in this regard. Worst case scenario, I will try to find a friend or family member to help me finish shipping the bundles, but I promise all of them will reach their intended buyers.  I thank you for your patience and your support throughout this project! Shipping Update + Health issues

Hello everyone! 

Mod Crow here! I am currently the one shipping all your lovely packages. Thank you once more for your patience and understanding. This road has not been an easy one for me as I am dealing with several serious medical issues while in full time study + full time work in order to afford the first two. It’s un unfortunate spiral, which is also being made worse by the fact that this time of the year is a time of grief for me as I have previously lost both my grandparents at the end of autumn, beginning of winter.

But to return to the matters at hand.

All your remaining packages are set to be shipped and reach you, it is just taking longer than I could have anticipated. At the current moment in time, the shipping provider we have commonly agreed upon has taken two weeks off for maintenance to ensure the functionality of his shipping fleet. This period will be

1-15th of Novemeber 

I have opted to not change providers for the duration of those weeks and instead remain with the provider we have started as he has the highest rate of success in the country along with the best prices.

In addition, the periond 30 November - 4 Decemeber is a National Holiday. While I do hope to be able to finish shipping by then, it is a point to be mentioned that no packages can be posted at that time.

Shipping update!

Hello everyone,

Shipping has been going slower than expected and is still underway. We have shipped roughly 65% of the orders (emails have been sent to those whose orders were shipped with details regarding tracking and delivery date). 

Things have been going slower than expected for several reasons. There is one mod handling all the communication, shipping and other elements of finalizing this project at the moment. The agreed upon postal system has changed its prices and we have worked with a new company to get a deal that would get us similar prices to what we have promised buyers. All differences in price will be supported by us.

Moreover, I have been also dealing with serious health problems along with being in full-time work and full-time study which has severely impacted my schedule and made me lag very much behind. I understand that everyone is waiting eagerly to get their hands on their orders so I will to my very best to speed things up as much as I can.

Shipping update

Hello everyone!

A small update on shipping. Although we had estimated to start shipping in May, due to the fact that our charms and stickers are still stuck in customs and we are not yet sure how long it will take until they clear the package to be able to pick them up, we have decided the best course of action would be to push the shipping date to June. We apologize for the delay! The mods are trying their best to speed things up, but unfortunately due to a change in legislation this year things are taking longer than estimated.

Update Production

Production update:

1) At the moment we have received the following merchandise from the manufacturer - postcards (both versions ) - stickers ( both sets ) - bookmarks

2) The order has been given for the keycharms and they are due to arrive in 2-3 weeks

3) Due to  the situation ongoing right now in Eastern Europe shipping in these areas can become complicated. We are monitoring the situation carefully and if shipping to any customer will end up being an imposibility, we will be issuing refunds.

4) As the progress is going right now we are hoping to start shipping on May 1s 5) More photos of our products are due to come so keep an eye out on tumblr and twitter ^^

Hello everyone!

We apologize for the lack of news for so long, but we are glad to be able to bring some good news now, along with images of the merchandise. As of this week all bookmarks and postcards have finished production. Stickers and the tarot cards + booklets are still in production, but are quick to follow. Below you can see some of the samples that we have on hand and at the end of this week I will follow with images of the full bookmark and postcard sets!

UPDATE ON PRODUCTION

Hello everyone!

I would like to make an announcement in regards to production. Unfortunately due to the escalating situation with COVID-19 in Mod Crow’s home country, one of the people affected by the virus was the manufacturer that we had chosen to do our end products for us.

Though we am happy to say he is out of danger, he unfortunately had a bad form of the virus and has decided to put his business on lockdown while he is recovering. As we are not sure when that period would end, we have resumed search for manufacturers and have narrowed down to the list to two potential manufacturers.

We thank you all for your patience and support in light of the new developments and hope for your understanding considering the global crisis many countries are still unfortunately facing at the current time.
