Prevent stomach from rumbling
My tummy grumbles a lot throughout the day and especially during school so I understand how it can be a tad bit embarrassing.
I have several things I do to get rid of grumbling noises.
If you’re stuck somewhere you can’t eat and your stomach is rumbling away, drinking water can help stop it. The water will do two things: It can improve digestion and simultaneously fill your stomach to soothe some of the hunger reactions.
2. Chewing gum actually makes it grumble MORE
You’re swallowing air when you chew gum, and chewing sends signals to your stomach to prepare for digestion.
Push on your stomach providing the stomach less space to move and contract. Using a pencil (eraser-end first) or pen, press into your stomach (don’t hurt yourself) when you feel your stomach begin to churn.
