My last attempt at contact from the SM-13

I don’t know if anyone is out there, but if there is, know how fucking lucky you are.

Call me whatever you want, most people call me “convict”. I don’t exactly trust anyone with my name after a recent incident.

I managed to mess up a computer in my submarine enough to somehow lead me to this website. Which… has more people than should be alive right now.

Either I somehow my earth is fine and all of this has been for nothing, or I’ve managed to contact some kind of different dimension.

Both thoughts are insane, but I’ve seen enough at this point to believe it.

Anyways, let me explain where I am. I’m going to explain it as if that dimension theory is true.

In my universe, something happened. We call it the “quiet rapture”

All of the stars and planets have been disappearing. No one knows why, no one knows how. All we know is that there’s very few of us left.

We’ve managed to find a moon that we think might have some promise, AT-5. The only issue is that the entire thing is a literal fucking blood ocean.

I’m currently in some thrown together machine in the bottom of this ocean, trying to find more information.

I didn’t choose to go down here, and I can’t get back up until the captain says so.

I just wanted some human connection…

I just want to live.

Heyy mod here! For context, this is obviously in a universe where Simon hasn’t died. The whole “contacting a different universe” thing was just to explain how tf he found tumblr.

This takes place shortly after that whole religious psychosis bit with “the light” and all that

Ava pulled Simon back up, only to find out about the SM-8 and sent him right back down.

Now the SM-13 has a makeshift CO2 recycler, which doesn’t work the greatest but it still works.

I’m kinda workshopping this au as I go

If you want an ask with an image to be anonymous just put a note at the end of the ask telling me and I’ll use a screenshot to answer it anonymously

Please keep in mind that mod is a minor! I am a-okay with suggestive stuff and flirting with the character, but no outright nsfw

I was planning to return to this blog next week, as Monday and Tuesday are my last testing days, and I won’t need to go to school after that

But something came up

I’ve been having some medical issues, and may have to get surgery if the antibiotics I’m currently on don’t help the problem.

It may be a little longer than I planned before I return, I am so sorry.

Depending on if I get the surgery or not it might be quite a while before I come back, but I promise this blog is not gone forever

I am currently at a wound care facility for an appointment. Hopefully they’ll finally be able to tell me if I need surgery or not.

If I don’t then I should get back to posting pretty soon. If I do then I’ll most likely wait until after the surgery and a portion of the recovery

I will say that this is not a life threatening problem, and it’ll most likely be dealt with pretty easily

I’ll update again after my appointment

Appointment is over. I have to get surgery.

It’s a very very minor surgery, and the recovery shouldn’t be terrible. It’s just annoying. I’m hoping my insurance will cover it.

I’m not sure when the surgery is, but I’ll update you guys as soon as I know.
