Yes and no. She was based off the cut character Doge, but her current iteration is so far removed from her original incarnation that I consider her an original character for all intents and purposes.

I feel like something styled similarly to the OneShot OST "On Little Cat Feet" would work for the Ruins replacement in this AU.
Gave it a listen. Although it does sound rather good, I think it’s a bit too mystical and foreboding to fit New Old Home.

Are you going to implement the robots into Undermyths story again? Also in New Old Home, will there be random encounters?
No, they no longer serve any purpose.
And there won’t be any random encounters. They don’t really contribute anything to the story, so I find them rather pointless, Undermyth is a comic at the end of the day, and story must come first.
In the original comic, I have three questions. Did the human encounter monsters in the ruins? What were those robots in the ruins? And when the human jumped off the bridge, whould there have been a custom area?
1. No, it was part of the story, Asriel was the last monster in the Ruins.
2. Part of a plot where in order to get a suitable army to take on the Surface, Gaster built an army of robots that eventually went rogue.
3. Yes. Albeit I wasn’t looking forward to it because it was before I learned about Tiled, and as such, had to painstakingly assemble maps tile by tile on Paint.Net
Speaking of which, I should probably announce that I have been working on Part 2 now that I’ve finally have some room to breathe. Here, have a preview:
What made you come up with Doge's character from little info?
Basically, I just wanted a character that was A: Unexpected, and B: Had a serious, uptight attitude that could contrast with Papyrus.
Doge, with her regal-looking sprite, offered a perfect canvas for such character. Over time, she went through the engine of character development, as I refined why she is the way she is, how she behaves, tweaking her personality to fit more within Undertale’s more comedic, oddball tone, as well as her design to better fit her blossoming personality.

No.
It’s just been slow to update, since the last two weeks have been absolute hell for me. I got hit with a deluge of University work that I needed to clear up.

Crumpets. Though they have issues finding food from time to time, they haven’t quite grown desperate enough to start shoving snails down their throat.
