They came back with a small basket of what seemed to be food, offering it to Hades

Hades smiled, reaching over to softly grab the basket in his palm.

Another crew member, one with a red headband and glasses, approached the area where the captain was standing, Polites immediately noticing the small little shade on the sea. He suddenly began commenting on how 'curious' and 'itty-bitty' the creature was, and on how sentient it seemed to be.

" Yes, I've noticed their sense of.. awareness. Are you lost, little guy? "

Polites let out a gasp, theorizing that the shade had a gift for them, perhaps. Both Odysseus and Polites however, had one thing on their mind; what was in that bag?

" Uhm, is that for us? "

Inside the bag was a small collection of gem-based jewelry (lapis, diamonds, etc.) and a handful of gold coins inside for merchant-scouting and shopping.

" No wonder the bag was so heavy. "
