Sometimes wild attraction shit happens when you learn to separate masc/fem from man/woman. I’ve known queer women find the femininity in a man attractive. I’ve known gay men get so hot and bothered by the masculinity of a woman.
There was once a guy who was not really my type but then he did drag and was suddenly wildly attractive to me. And since I’m bisexual it doesn’t give me a crisis when someone is suddenly hot to me in an unconventional way. I used to think this was particularly a bi experience.
Then I’ve met plenty of gay men and lesbians who are also chill about that sort of thing. Sometimes life is like that “oops made out with a twink in Brighton who turned out to be a lesbian who thought I was a lesbian” and sometimes it’s like “hey, I’m not normally into men but this guy has got something hot going on.”
Also, wild it needs to be said on this post or any related post but, the conclusion is neither “labels are bad” or “this is why everyone is/should be/shouldn’t be x”, the point IS:
1. Rigid labels are fine so long as they do not become a prison for you. The issue with hard borders is the potential crisis over grey area when circumstances change. You like men only but your partner comes out as a trans woman, does your label change or not? YOU ided as a lesbian but now you’re a trans man do you change labels or not? You called yourself bi all your life but you’ve lost attraction to men do you keep the label or not? You were straight as long as you knew but now you fell in love with your same-gender friend, what does that make you?
2. A change of circumstance gives you two options: a. Change labels b. Expand your definition of the label. It’s embarrassing that cishets who called themselves heteroflexible in the early aughts have a chiller concept of definition flexibility than many queers.
3. Deciding everyone is actually bi or there are no genders or everyone should be unlabeled is also a massive flex of control you have no right to. Labels are important to some. Gender is important to some. A hyper-defined concept of their experience is important to some. Which isn’t at odds with having no labels or no gender or anything else. It’s their business. Yours is yours.
4. The POINT is no one gets to decide for you what you get to do or call yourself and you do not get to decide what someone else does or calls themselves for it
I dont care what anyone says about my ed because it was there when they weren’t.

if you can’t handle me at my worst then that sucks because that’s all there is to me
It's so weird how when your perception of food and eating becomes disordered, literally the most normal stuff feels almost foreign???
Some people, no, MOST people can literally. Wake up and fry up some eggs and toast, or maybe get a bowl of cereal and just. Eat it. No counting, no measuring. Just looking for something that's filling and tastes good.
Then they'll get lunch. Maybe order some takeout. They're not looking at how many calories things are, the only number they're looking at on the menu is the price of their meal.
Then they make dinner, maybe some pasta and some salad. They have no trouble adding cheese to their pasta, or dressing to their salad. Maybe some meatballs on the side too. They just eat a variety of foods for health and stop when they're full.
And then if they're feeling like it, maybe they'll even get dessert! A bowl of ice cream, or maybe leftover cake from a party. And they just. Eat it. Because it makes them happy.
Like I LITERALLY USED TO DO THAT. AND NOW IT SOUNDS SO CRAZY TO ME ???
I can’t even enjoy losing weight because it feels like I’m just undoing damage I should have never allowed to happen in the first place.
I never need anyone but with time you see how you are irrelevant to everyone
I don't think we can 'lmao' our way out of this one, girls.
