what do you guys think this weird space food tasted like

I'm assuming it must not taste the best, not quite stale and not fresh like how one would after making it, this food has been prepared ages ago and sealed up. I'm sure there are some characters who have said that the food doesn't taste that good and they can't wait to get home to eat real food.

Though I'm sure in David's case, it's something. Perhaps a comfort regardless of taste.
