Ive had years of therapy and medications and nothing has worked.

Everytime I try to fix myself and make myself a better person it just leads to more people using me and discarding me or ghosting me.

Idk what to do anymore and ive gotten to the point where I just smoke and take stuff and beg for attention cause I genuinely dont know what to do anymore.
