Hi! I’m UFO. I use they/them, it/its and yippie/yip pronouns.

I’m a 19 year old who age regresses between 5-9 years old. I also identify as an otherkin / therian / furry. My species / kin type is a fairy bunny dog.

I have CPTSD, Autism, ARFID, and ADHD. I do not engage in system discourse. I want this blog to be safe and comforting! I will block blogs with content that triggers me.

Having chronic pain and fatigue is so hard to research what might be wrong becuase you don't know how much pain and discomfort is normal. How much pain is a medical condition and how much pain is from exercise being uncomftorble for everyone?? And like- how do I know if my skin and joints are diffrent than average? I'm not exactly sampling everyone's skin and muscles to compare it to my own.

Ichika is a flip, so this is gonna focus on both little and cg headcanons!

As a CG:

- She lets you help with baking! They all do occasionally but its Ichika's favorite thing to do with you!

- Very high energy, works well with hyperactive littles

- Also loves to take you shopping for ingredients! She gets you treats while you're out!

- Takes you to visit her dad (and mom when she stops by) on occasion

- If something happens and she has to go into battle, she helps you find a good hiding place and ensures you're safe from the villain.

- Her preferred Littles within the group are Himari and Ciel!

As a Little

- Definitely tends to lean more towards being a little than a CG

- Loves sweets. But that's pretty much a given.

- Unbounded energy

- Super clumsy

- Her favorite activity with her CG is, yet again, helping out baking.

I told my family i wanted to stop job hunting for a few weeks because the world is so scary and job hunting is stressful and i don’t think anyone is going to hire me anymore

They told me i have to do scary things and they are worried that im making myself sad because im always in my room

I’m glad that they want me to be hopeful and that they want me to overcome the scaryness- but its gonna be really hard and i feel a pressure to make money because my family thinks we are going to need more money to keep living

If i was a kid i wouldn’t be so scared of failure or adult bullies or money problems

If i was a kid mommy and papa would tell me it’s ok to be scared and its ok to take a break and they would buy me a toy and snuggle with me

But they worry that im giving up and that im unhappy. Im just tired of failing when i give all my effort. And because im not a kid they don’t want to buy me treats like toys and they don’t want to snuggle me or hug me for long.

Achievements of 2024:

Overcame anxiety about eating soft/runny eggs, chicken, and sushi (ARFID issues)

Went to a therapist who specializes in PTSD for a month long help course that has helped me have less nightmares

Met someone IRL who is a furry and age regressor but she reminded me too much of an abuser from my past so we decided to stop talking to eachother

I began posting my art and toy collection more online and have been working on expressing myself online

Went a full year without trying to harm myself in any serious way

Here’s what you can do instead:

Talk to people you can trust IRL if you need a caretaker to keep you safe and healthy. If you think it could be dangerous not to have a caretaker then you need to come up with a safety plan for if you slip into little space alone! This could be something like baby-proofing and preparing food to keep you safe and healthy.

Use anon asks with caretaker blogs on tumblr. Many blogs use an emoji system instead of names so that you can befriend a caretaker without anybody knowing who you really are.

Join discord servers where you won’t be chatting alone with anyone. Try avoiding pms and dms because most people who may be dangerous will only be dangerous if nobody else can see it.

You can be playmates with other regressors too!

Look for flips (people who are sometimes caregivers and sometimes regressors) to make friends with because as someone who goes little themself they are more likely to be a safe and friendly caretaker / companion.

It’s always ok to say “I don’t feel comfortable with that” or “can we talk about something else?”.

And if things go really wrong someday, you can block, report, and tell someone you know IRL about what happened.

Doctors have litterally always said like “well it’s unusually high but that must be because of your anxiety!”

When im little its harder for me to come up with words and to use my hands.

If I go little while working on my artwork or cooking food I have to stop so I don’t make mistakes because it’s harder for me to control my motor skills.

It takes me more time to think and type and talk but i have always talked like a grown up with a big vocabulary. Even as a kid I could write good essays and my only problem was spelling and punctuation.

I have always been behind in math and numbers and especially when I’m little I’ll lose track of numbers or misread numbers. I think I have dyscalculia but I was never tested for it because my school never tried to teach me normal math because I was in special needs math class so they don’t know if I’d be able to learn more advanced math if someone tried to teach me. I don’t think I’m ever going to be able to do math like other grownups and im ok with that.

I feel like i need to write about being little to help me accept myself.

For real. They somehow think identifying as animals means that we would rather be living naked in the woods, eating raw meat, and mating with actual animals. They immediately assume gross and horrible things!

A better thing to say could be “but therians are aware that they have human bodies and are members of society” to debunk crazy claims.

You need to take care of your body even if it’s the wrong body.

Your body is the vessel that allows you to experience the things you love. Without this physical form you wouldn’t be able to enjoy anything.

Please feed yourself, clean yourself, and never abandon yourself.

If you and your body don’t make it to the future nothing will get better, but if you reach the future happy and healthy the world will be a better place.

I think It’s a type of mouthing but I’m not entirely sure what it’s called alone…also I have no idea if it relates to agere in anyway, I do it when I’m big as well. But I find it more comforting than a paci personally •~•

My parents call it “softing” because you’re feeling soft things with your face! I don’t know if anybody else uses that word.
