Well, today is the day before school starts and we’re spending it relaxing outside and swimming in the pool (Hawaiian Falls was a bust!). I just learned an interesting tid bit of information while watching one of my school videos. There are people that have issues with EGGS and it causes inflammation and joint pain. 🥚 I mean I know you can be allergic to foods, but I would have never suspected eggs. So, I just want to take a minute to let you know a few things that happened today when I was at the grocery store. Here goes.... 1. I practiced what I was preaching to you all today at the grocery store. Instead of going for the canned corn/green beans, I opted for frozen. Granted they aren't organic, but I did one small step and got away from the aluminum! 2. I failed today because I broke down and got a Pepsi Zero while I was in line at the check-out. I'm not going to beat myself up over it because, well, to be honest, I have a migraine and needed the caffeine. So, the point is, we are all learning to do better. We won't ever do things 100% all of the time.
