When time comes to keep limbs warm, I’ll wear my wool mittens made of pure Bergschaf wool. They take about 4 hours to wet felt; 3-4 days to fully dry; and then an hour to felt on a design. As for mimosa flowers, my childhood memory of them was remembering mimosas as the first flowers emerging in stores in the winter. It was a beautiful sight seeing the tiny bright yellow fluffy balls against the white landscape.

I’ll have just one pair of these with me at the Portland Fine Craft Show tomorrow. My booth #101 is at the Oak and Spring Street entrance.
