On January 06, 2014 was my first day in Ubiquity. At first I was kinda skeptical since itâs a small BPO company and with that being said the thought of not having a secured job kicked in.Maybe itâs just gonna run for a month or two. It was really uncertain and no guarantees.
I had a rough start for the first 6 months due to drug problem. There were instances that I was absent for a week because I was coming down from a high state of mind and there are a lot of things in your mind. mostly suspicions. Man,Meth is a hell of a drug.
But when push comes to shove and I was on the brink of not being regularized,I manage to pull myself up and made a comeback and got regularized by default.
And that is when things change for the better. Got promoted twice within a year was able to get the back office position which was the most coveted that time.
To cut this short,I wanna thank ubiquity for the opportunity and the blessings it brought me,but also for my family. Now that chapter closes. And a new one will be written.Â
I vow to this day, that I will leave all the hate there. The animosity that hungs in the air will stay there.Â
I will be more focused and more organized in my new organization.
This is going to be the first of many until I get this right.Â
to be continue...
