"Well it’s a big city, I don’t blame you. I’m heading that way anyways if you want me to take you there," Taemin offered, adjusting the strap on his bag so that it sat better on his shoulder and heading off in that direction, assuming the other would follow.
"You know," the...
"Ah I see - don't worry. I totally get it. I used to never be talkative at all. It's impressive that you guys have such a strong bond. I don't think I've ever had that strong a bond with anyone other than my brother maybe, but he's overseas now so..." Taemin shrugged, cutting himself off because he didn't want to bore the other with back story. "Anyways - so are you just touring universities or are you actually going to be studying here?" The brunette was walking on autopilot and he didn't realize it, heading straight for the classroom that he didn't have to go to anymore. He only realized this as he got up to the building, stopping suddenly in confusion. Perking up, he looked around with a slightly distressed look upon his face as he wondered where he was actually supposed to be going.

"Well, when I first saw you," Taemin began, sitting up a little bit as he was getting into the conversation. "…I got a sort of…cool and relaxed vibe…from you…you seem cool in that unapproachable sort of way but one that makes people want to come talk to you more - you know?"...
"People don't want to talk to you?" Taemin sat up, very much so surprised. "I thought you'd have everyone wanting to talk to you. You just have this mysterious "cool" guy vibe to you....sort of." He still wasn't exactly sure how to word himself. He probably sounded like some impressed little kid who found himself a role model.
"I bet more people want to talk to you than you think," the brunette continued to protest. "But you kind of intimidate them - in a good way - because you're so quiet and...your eyes just....they're so gentle.....ah I'm sorry. I'm an artist so I notice all of these little things I guess..." Taemin rubbed the back of his head. "I appreciate them a lot more than others."
"Yeah, I go to the main university - it’s about ten minutes away from here," Taemin responded, sighing as he was reminded that he was skipping class today. Any time he ever skipped class he felt really guilty about it - as if he was keeping everyone waiting for him though he...

"You know," the brunette began curiously as the thought crossed his mind. "I've heard that dogs acquire the same personality as their owners. In your case, I can definitely see what they mean. You guys are so close - how long have you had Luca?" His family had never owned a dog before - or any pet for that matter - so he wasn't quite sure what it was like. Was it really that easy to communicate so well with an animal?
"Ah, no but I should help!" Taemin protested. "I knocked you over…and I’m extremely late for class anyways, I may as well help you," he continued to look around. When Chen gave the order to help look, as well, Taemin noted how smart Luca was for being able to follow it. He was...

Any time he ever skipped class he felt really guilty about it - as if he was keeping everyone waiting for him though he knew no one cared and life would go on there. "I feel like such a bad student," he laughed at the situation. "I'm always late for class. You think I would be more excited about going..but it's not that I'm not going because I don't want to go. It's more of...I wish I could sleep more..."
Taemin sat himself down immediately and dropped his things on the floor next to his feet. “My name is Taemin,” the brunette began, resting his arms on the table. At first he was worried about seeming really weird for being so straight forward and kind of intruding on the...

"...I got a sort of...cool and relaxed vibe...from you...you seem cool in that unapproachable sort of way but one that makes people want to come talk to you more - you know?" He wasn't exactly sure if he was wording himself correctly. "I just want to know if you have a secret for that. The kind of vibe you give off isn't exactly the personality I'm getting from your actions."
No, he seemed like a very nice guy and Taemin respected that. Tao, huh? What a nice and simple name. He didn't know why, but he felt like it suited the other well.
Taemin pulled the other up with little effort and made sure he was stable before letting him go again. The other boy seemed pretty nervous - perhaps because he wasn’t used to interacting with strangers? In any case, Taemin noted this and tried to be as gentle with the...

When Chen gave the order to help look, as well, Taemin noted how smart Luca was for being able to follow it. He was actually really impressed. He had heard it was hard to train dogs - maybe Chen had some sort of secret and if that was the case Taemin wanted to ask about it later, assuming he remembered to. The brunette sighed in relief when the other said he might of found it. "Oh thank goodness." The whole situation had scared him - he was almost afraid he was going to owe the other boy a new phone. "Is it there? Did you get it?"
The voice - the voice that graced that other boy’s lips did not match his appearance at all. Taemin had half expected it to be a lot deeper for some reason and definitely less…shy. Maybe if this was a few years ago, he would have sounded similar. In fact, he probably would...
Taemin sat himself down immediately and dropped his things on the floor next to his feet. "My name is Taemin," the brunette began, resting his arms on the table. At first he was worried about seeming really weird for being so straight forward and kind of intruding on the other's solitude. Normally he wouldn't be so outgoing, but lately he just felt like he needed to or else he'd end up a hermit sitting in his bedroom at home with no human interaction whatsoever. He figured that it was too late now to really back down from it - so he continued. "What about you? Oh - and do you mind if I ask you what your secret is?"
He was honestly dying to ask.
Taemin stood himself up and walked over to the other, reaching out his hand to help him up. “It’s nice to meet you,” he beamed. “I’m Taemin.”
At this point he was already late and figured it might not even be worth his time to show up to class. His professor wouldn’t be happy...
Taemin pulled the other up with little effort and made sure he was stable before letting him go again. The other boy seemed pretty nervous - perhaps because he wasn't used to interacting with strangers? In any case, Taemin noted this and tried to be as gentle with the situation as he could so he didn't say or do anything stupid that would make the other uncomfortable.
"Your phone..." the college student let out softly as he began to scan the ground immediately to aid in the search. "Did you drop it when we fell?"
Today had been the longest day of his life.
Taemin groaned sleepily as he stumbled down the street that evening - trying to make it home before he collapsed asleep on the ground. What a god awful day. First he was late to his classes and his first teacher wouldn’t let him in the classroom. Then...

Shadowed Pain: unrxleetaemin: Taemin was running as fast as he could, his bag…
Taemin stood himself up and walked over to the other, reaching out his hand to help him up. "It's nice to meet you," he beamed. "I'm Taemin."
At this point he was already late and figured it might not even be worth his time to show up to class. His professor wouldn't be happy with him and probably wouldn't let him in the classroom anyways. It was a punishment Taemin had to endure more often than he should have to. So instead of rushing he just took it slow. He was the one who caused the whole mess in the first place.
"Y-you don’t have to help me….I can clean this-…" Taemin let out in a soft protest as he ran back over to the table and immediately dropped down to his knees to help. But it didn’t seem that his words were getting through. Though he really appreciated it, he didn’t want to...er
The voice - the voice that graced that other boy's lips did not match his appearance at all. Taemin had half expected it to be a lot deeper for some reason and definitely less...shy. Maybe if this was a few years ago, he would have sounded similar. In fact, he probably would have just left by this point and would have stayed away from the cafe for a while because he would have been afraid to run into him again. Spilling a drink all over the place certainly wasn't the smoothest first impression anyone would have gotten. Then again, perhaps he was just over thinking everything and was probably just bad at figuring people out before getting to know them.
Instead of running, he decided to try and confront him. He didn't feel like he had gotten to properly thank him yet.
"Ah, wait - are you sitting alone?" he asked, turning around and looking back at his helper. After a second of silence passed he grabbed his things and walked over to the table the other boy had been sitting at. "I was here to watch the performance but...that's not happening anymore and I've got thirty minutes still until mom comes home to unlock the door for me...cuz I forgot my keys and well..."
He stopped talking and kind of just waited for a response, not intending to blabber on...
Taemin was running as fast as he could, his bag flopping around behind him. Shit, shit, SHIT. He was late - he was so late to class and his professor was NOT going to be happy about it. His stupid alarm didn’t go off that morning (or more likely he had gone back to sleep...
"No, I should have been paying attention! Are you hurt-..." Taemin began but trailed off as his eye's met with the happy eyes of a canine's, causing him to back up a little. He hadn't expected it. "H-hey there," he let out softly - but with a smile - and reached out to pet him. "You're a very nice dog....what's his name again?" he questioned while turning to the man he had ran over just a moment ago. He had never really been around dogs too much. His neighborhood wasn't big on them and everyone who did have dogs had small dogs. People actually tended to freak out over big dogs - but how could they!? Look how cute and happy this one is. It looked almost like a wolf - but Taemin could see that it wasn't vicious the moment he made eye contact with it. It was just really cool to see.
Kyuhyun and Changmin singing "Just the way you are. " <3
Taemin perked up when he realized what he was doing and smacked his beverage over on the table, getting all the magazines and stuff wet. With great distress, he stared at the mess in front of him. “Oh no…" He quickly got up and looked around frantically for someone to tell -...
"Y-you don't have to help me....I can clean this-..." Taemin let out in a soft protest as he ran back over to the table and immediately dropped down to his knees to help. But it didn't seem that his words were getting through. Though he really appreciated it, he didn't want to trouble the other anymore than he already had. He must have looked so stupid, too.
For a few more moments he slushed around what towels he had had, desperately trying to get it all in one go before anyone came back to notice. Though they would eventually have to find out - after all the things on the table were stained with chocolate. When all was said and done, he let out a sigh of relief, picking up the drenched things and taking them to the trashcan next to the couch. He then turned back to the stranger.. "I'm sorry for bothering you. Thank you for helping..."
