There actually is oral testosterone! It's a different ester that bypasses the liver all together. As well as oral, there's also sublingual testosterone (which are different administration methods, although commonly confused).

But those pills probably don't work. It's Amazon. Likely it's some scam 'testosterone boosting supplement'. Every pharmacist I've worked with have agreed that hormone supplements are scams, they don't work.

It's only brand name in the west afaik, being Jatenzo and Kyratrex. Its generic name is 'testosterone undecanoate' specifically, if you're researching it you'll use that.

If you're looking for a prescription for it, you're almost definitely not gonna get one. It's new, and most doctors and pharmacists don't know it exists. And even if you can get a prescription, it likely won't be covered by insurance because it is only approved in use in cis men with low testosterone levels (for jatenzo) or intersex cis men with hypogonadism (for kyratrex).

As for DIY, I can't speak on it as I've never DIYed. Here is the guide for DIY. You'll be less likely to source it, as it is uncommon, but just googling it showed me a website supposedly selling it. But do your research. Be safe.

For a fear of needles, I have that as well pretty severely. There are a few options. I'm on gel, it's pretty common and easy to get a prescription for. There's also options that involve needles but less often/mitigated. For general testosterone vials, you can generally go to the doctor's weekly to get someone there to inject you, just talk to your doctor. There are also the less commonly talked about testosterone pellets. You have them injected under the skin every 3 months (generally) and they dissolve, giving you testosterone slowly over time. They're injected by a healthcare professional in an office setting. Only having to deal with needles 4 times a year is a lot easier than weekly.
