Today i wanted to talk about grief and how overwhelming it can be really feel and let it out , its very deep and vulnerable to be able to express the about of pain and agony in our soul and its a privilege and sometimes curse to feel so deeply and being to sensitive when rest of the world just go with the flow without even evaluating how they feel about a particular situation / event . The way my whole nervous system breaks down whenever i hear something sad from a loved one or about them , its just tells me how much i care and also tells me that i need tools to manage my emotional wellbeing and not get slipped away in the moment and take care of myself.

Insensitivity of my world really taught me that i am the only one who can make space for my emotions and take care of them and i can’t really expect anyone to make space for them because not everyone is ready to handle ur depth of emotions . And it really taught me that going on my own pace matters i can’t be in a rat race or competition to get validation or top of the peak that’s not who i am and that’s not how i grow .

Ur emotions really tells u everything that’s is happening within in and u really need to listen to them whenever u are going through something measure . They are our guidance systems .

I wrote this by taking inspiration from taylors song crimson i always write when i am suffering or in real pain .
