Ah, well you see i’ve been alive for quite a long time so I used to hear stories from my grandfather about how it was made and such. It gave me an appreciation for it, and growing up drinking green tea I can really appreciate the flavor of matcha.

I believe that my favorite thing about it would have to be the creamy feeling it leaves in your mouth after you finish drinking. And the sweets that go with it complement it well.

Most of it is nostalgia I believe.

Well, depends on the day really. I send them back out to sea if they’re from there if possible or cook them up for dinner.

Lucky, all I get is some “rare” fish or seaweed from my family. Sometimes a cute starfish or hermit here and there too.
