okay but can we talk about Andrés Bonifacio for a sec....

like… this man was literally born into a tough life, taught himself everything, built a revolutionary organization from scratch with his friends, and then said “you know what? enough.” and started a whole movement that shook colonial rule.

while other people were debating political theory in fancy cafés, bonifacio was out here running the Katipunan like the world’s most intense group project — except instead of posters and deadlines it was “let’s fight for national freedom.”

also?? he gets so overshadowed all the time even though he was the one organizing, mobilizing, recruiting, printing, planning, hyping everyone up, doing logistics, AND risking everything daily. certified multitasker.

the grit. the conviction. the DIY revolution energy.

andres bonifacio deserves more love on this website tbh.
