Things Izaya did in Season 2 so far:

- Wasn’t invited for a hot pot party, because no one likes him and no one would enjoy his presence.

- Made a selfie video his own secretary wouldn’t even want to look at.

- Talking to minors on the phone because he’s trying to recompensate the fact that he has absolutely no friends.

- Generally being a sad, lonely man.

what she means: Rick Riordan literally left so much of Jason's backstory unexplained and unexplored. He was thrown into a camp before he reached the developmental milestone of being able to dress himself and we still have no idea who raised him?? Random teenagers?? Foster parents in New Rome?? Unlike all the other main characters, we never get glimpses of him learning his powers like the kid can fly dammit how can there not be an interesting story behind that? And we all know the only characters Rick will continue writing about post-HoO is Percy and Annabeth so we'll probably never get real answers.
