What a mission to get the girls back on the walkway! The rice fields have small footpaths where the workers move around. The girls saw this as a maze and just started running!!! 10 Years ago we got married 💍👰🏼in beautiful Bali. What?!? A destination wedding?? What about the reception, all the 200+ guests, flowers, invitations bla bla bla 🤷‍♀️ Our wedding day was OUR day, our promise to love each other unconditionally through good and difficult times. We did absolutely no planning except for booking the tickets and my only requirement was that the wedding cake 🎂 not be a fruit cake. At 13:00 🕐 we returned to our hotel from some exploring. I did my makeup and Eben helped me put flowers 🌸 in my hair. At 15:30 Eben was chaperoned by two sweet Balinese girls and I got the opportunity to change into my wedding dress. This was the most special day ever and we did it at a fraction of the cost of a traditional wedding. What a privilege to be back on this special island with the love of my life and our 2 beautiful daughters.
