for anyone who features weeds in their town you might want to have a read of this article (courtesy of eurogamer and the animal crossing twitter account) - according to this when the game is loaded after updating with nintendo’s ‘big’ new update in november, towns will be automatically weeded. this obviously is worrying for towns which feature weeds as a part of their landscaping. just a heads up, please spread this before somebody accidentally ruins their work!
