Hi, friends! Since it was recently we thought we would try to explain this weird Catalan tradition that is dijous llarder, also known as dijous gras, and that is a pretty big deal here. Its origin can be explained as part of the Catalan Carnival festivities, which have their own story and which we plan on covering in the near future!
