Derek Mitchell, 37, completed the Kansas City 5k this past weekend weighing in at 570 pounds. He plans on doing at least one 5k race a month for the rest of the year and losing up to 250 pounds along the way. All I gotta say is HELL YEAH. I can’t wait to see what he accomplishes.
