First of all, trying *this* hard to attach Mallory to Dansby on one of the biggest days of her life is gross. And if the roles were reversed it would never happen. I know that because Mallory was a reigning World Cup champion and an NWSL Championship finalist during the Braves 2021 World Series run and neither were mentioned one single solitary time.

Second of all, if you’re going to insist upon attaching a successful female athlete to a man, at least make sure it’s the right fucking successful female athlete, you buffoons.
