Right now, I'm in a very unstable place mentally. Whenever I hear about someone else's pain or negative experiences, whether they're happening now or happened in the past, I end up absorbing them far more deeply than I should. It feels like I take them into myself, and I can't really control it.

Tumblr used to be a place that brought me so much happiness, but now it's become a place that genuinely scares me.

If anyone would like to talk to me about healthy boundaries with other people, or just chat about something positive or lighthearted, I'd really love to hear from you. I'm trying to slowly rebuild a healthier relationship with Tumblr.

If you're under 18 and dealing with any kind of emotional or personal struggles, even if they seem small, I'd rather you not reach out. It's only now, in the last year of my teens, that I've finally realized just how ridiculous the way teenagers think can be.

I still feel like living is painful.I keep thinking that if someone dies, it would be my fault.Today is almost over, and I haven't been able to do anything. I wonder if I'm just going to go through life like this, unable to accomplish anything until it ends.I can't stop coughing. My wisdom tooth hurts. There are so many parts of me that hurt, yet somehow I don't feel pain only when I self-harm. Why is that?Sometimes I wonder if, in the end, the ones who die are the ones who win.Just knowing that there are people suffering like that is already more than I can bear.I just want everyone to stay alive. July was by far the hardest month I've ever been through. I self-harmed, made myself throw up for the first time in 13 years, whipped myself with a belt, overdosed, and completely spiraled in my posts. At the time, those things made me feel relieved, or even good for a moment. But now all that's left is regret, fear of myself, and overwhelming guilt.I'm still terrified. I can't stop thinking, "What if they die?" I keep blaming myself, wondering if it would be my fault. That thought has been stuck in my head and just won't go away.I absorb other people's pain far too deeply. I take in everyone's negative emotions at 120%, and I end up carrying all of them myself. It's exhausting to feel like I have to keep fighting this pain that never seems to leave.I keep asking myself, "How did things end up like this?" Tumblr used to be something that brought me so much joy.And on top of everything, I suddenly came down with a 39°C fever the day before yesterday. It almost felt like a final warning that something has to change. I feel like I need to become a different person and start over.I'm so tired of living like this. I wish I could go back to when I first started using Tumblr, before everything became so painful.

Today I accidentally let my mom see the scars on my left arm from when I self-harmed. She was helping put medicine on my back. I'd had a high fever yesterday, so I'd been wearing a tank top all day and completely forgot about it. Luckily, I don't think she noticed. She just asked, "Did you scratch yourself here too?" I seriously panicked, haha. I'm so relieved she didn't realize
