The yearn I yearn to go back in time and pick up Green Creek the day it was released. I'm almost a decade late and that is a grief I don't know I'll ever get over. The fanarts I found and fanbase were decades old and I'm just so ughhhh

I'm praying maybe one day it gets picked up as an adaptation the way Heated Rivalry did. Sobs

How do I start a blog? Recently I started reading again. I've been a consumer of booktoks and bookstagram and often found myself feeling envious of the universal shared experiences -- especially for dark fantasy and ... smut. And I started craving a specific genre to read again, something supernatural, paranormal, fantasy and most of all relatable, queer.

And I found the Green Creek Series. Oh how I found them. I am on the way to finishing Ravensong and my god the way TJ Klune wrote them was everything to me. The found family themes, a sense of belonging. Everyone was accounted for. What I'm such a sucker for-- a pack to belong.

Oh to be loved in a pure way, a simple way.

I share so I can find my people. I create so I can relate to people. And I hope my blog and art will speak to them and find them.

Your pack will howl you home. All you need to do is listen for their song.

Concept art of Medusa's default sprite from Extra Credits with Athena.

Medusa takes precautions to avoid other people. Having snakes for hair isn't enough to scare most people away, she also needs a studded choker, a studded belt, a chain-link necklace adorned with spikes, and a small snake pendant too.

We settled on outfit number 4 as Medusa's default look, after experimenting with a wide variety of sleeve patterns and whether not to make them looser or more form-fitting.

We went for the tighter sleeves, as they created a stronger silhouette and made for a better contrast with Athena's own flowing robes.
