Finally got to dads friends house again. Dads friends wife and mom and brother and I walked up the steep hill of a backyard they have. Got a nice view and saw some pretty stuff.
-Sophie
Now isn't that adorable.
A bus stop with a sod roof.
Man, I wish I was a bus stop with a sod roof.
Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep
Bahahaha come to me my minions
Uh well I'm back but there are still pictures I must post of the second part of my trip.
This is a magical snack that I invented myself at the diving hostel resort shack place
They are little shell biscuits with cheese and ham.
Yes, yes, I know I should have some kind of prize by now for my genius.
The hostel-like place we stayed.
It actually rained the day we were there, so I dunno how much it really mattered that we were at a diving resort place.
Lazed around that day.
Posted some earlier things.
-Sophie
Scenery from the trip away from Oslo.
Going to a dive resort-like place. Kind of like a hostel, though.
Sceneryyyyyy
Sooooo...
Leaving for home tomorrow. Reaaaaally early. 2am or something.
I obviously have more pictures, but some are inaccessible and some just need to be put onto my laptop.
We'll see how many pictures I can upload before tonight and tomorrow.
You in? (`ー´)
Countryside through the car window.
Those giant marshmallows are EVERYWHERE!
They're edible. I think.
(No really they're hay. But seriously you could eat it)
The place we stayed at in Oslo.
I slept in the loft-type place and it was a dream come true! The pillows also had cute yellow stripes (((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))
That is the piece of art in our room. It was very big and though the first thought I had when I saw it was "...butt" I really think it was an intense and beautiful painting.
The name of it was "Maskefall"
So. Cool.

Just your average questionable teen novels. Now with new covers and language!
-Sophie
I dunno if you can see this, but I thought it was really quite funny.
This sticker on the post says "All cops are bastards" and there across the street in perfect view is a little police building.
Shack. Police shack. I didn't want to say it originally because it would not get across how clean and neat it looked. It was a clean and neat and all around professional police shack.
-Sophie
These guys were on the street. The top guy is kind of "floating" with only the stick both are holding on to for support.
Magic.
I only really snapped this one picture from the back and then they started doing stuff (undoing the trick) and I filmed instead.
My dad said it was a simple trick and explained how it could be done, but I prefer to think it was a miracle.
Went to a cafe.
Got me some cheesecake.
Mmmmm.
We went to the National Art Gallery (something like that 【・ヘ・?】)
Unfortunately cameras were FORBIDDEN inside. Forbudt.
It was only Munch in there, and my mom and dad didn't/don't really like his work. And my brother isn't super into art. I enjoyed it a lot, actually.
Even if there were some pieces I didn't think were interesting, just the whole art gallery feel was really cool. (Addie- I felt like I was in Ib! It was SO INTERESTING)
Just like in the game there were actually colored rooms. I never really questioned it in Ib because it was a game but when I thought about it in the gallery, it makes sense. They color the room and lighting and design to compliment the art and immerse you. I was just a bit sad they didn't play some fancy schmancy classical piano/violin music. Or any music. Well, whatever.
There was a garden outside the gallery FILLED with red flowers.
What should I have done when I found a lone Mary invading?
One of the days in Oslo. They kind of mushed together.
Well I ate a baguette with ham and cheese. Yum
And we stumbled across this really big awesome rustic church. We just had a little look-see and started to leave, but it had started pouring rain outside so we spent more time in there than originally planned. But even if you aren't into religious things, you have to admit this kind of design is really amazing.
Also there were lights changing color in the background (why? I dunno) and there were stage lights and people adjusting the lights and stuff. It was a little strange.
More miscellaneous pictures. Still first day in Oslo.
Do you see that first picture? A lion with an ax. A LION WITH AN AX. WHY? A LION WITH A FREAKING AX IS WHY. WHY DOES A LION EVEN NEED AN AX? IT HAS GIANT TEETH AND CLAWS! YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW WHY. BECAUSE HE IS A LION AND HE WANTS AN AX AND HE HAS AN AX YOU SHOULD BE RUNNING NOT ASKING YOURSELF WHY A LION NEEDS OR WANTS AN AX
A pretty fence once grew near a pretty tree. A pretty fence once got engulfed by that pretty tree.
A pretty fence stayed with a pretty tree forever. Or until that pretty tree burned to the ground. Maybe. ( ̄^ ̄)
And we went to a castle/palace of some kind. The guard was switching. They stood for a LONG time. I respect their discipline, but the standing got a little boring and we left.
So there's that.
