Electrolux Releases Aptica Vacuum With Animal Care Features

Easy-opening, multicyclonic Electrolux Aptica™ is equipped with special brush designed to pick up hair and a HEPA filter with extra carbon layer to reduce odor.

When it comes to vacuum cleaners, the right vacuum cleaner to choose may depend on who’s in the family. If one or more family members happens to have four legs and is covered with fur, a vacuum cleaner that is good at picking up hair has a significant advantage.

That’s why Electrolux gave the animal care version of its new Aptica™ vacuum cleaner a special, air-driven brush with rubber flaps. The attachment can be placed directly on the bent end or on the tube, making it easy to reach high or low.

Miele: The Bag Is Back

Panasonic Introduces 2012 Jetforce Vacuum Series

Panasonic today announces the new JetForce vacuum cleaner series, a collection of three models featuring lightweight designs coupled with powerful performance. The Panasonic MC-UL423, MC-UL425 and MC-UL427 vacuum cleaners all feature JetForce technology, which uses a unique Hour Glass shaped dust container to capture dirt. The process is so effective that JetForce models experience no loss of suction*. The JetForce vacuum cleaner series is currently on display at The International Home + Housewares Show, which starts today and runs through March 13 at McCormick Place in Chicago. The three Panasonic JetForce vacuums have an hour-glass shape that forces large debris towards the bottom of the cup, due to the pressure difference in the middle and bottom of the cup – thus keeping it away from the filter.
