is it normal to be diagnosed w IBS and GERD and just have them.. not tell you? i’ve been diagnosed for 8 months now and only found out thru a gastro emergency appointment, he was going thru my files. same thing happened w my BPD diagnosis, got told almost a year later. feels insane to me
