I don’t believe it when someone said they understand me. How could they? I don’t remember ever explained about myself to them. 

But I am glad that nobody did.

🌷 relax your shoulders, release the tension in your body

🌸 don’t be so hard on yourself, i promise whatever weighs down on you is not worth punishing yourself over. it’s going to be okay

😌 take a deep breath. know that you are good enough

🌿 take it easy, I know you’ve been trying your best and I’m proud of you

🥤 drink more water, just like a thirsty little plant under the sun your body needs to hydrate

🌞 not every day needs to be productive or amazing, it’s ok to have days where you are simply living mindfully, being in the moment, enjoying a book or slowing down to catch up with yourself

🎨 not every work of art has to be perfect, or have a purpose, or an agenda, or look pretty. often times you need to let your creativity splash and splurge around with colors just for the sake of expressing yourself. expression is a good enough reason.
