Ok here are my thoughts on today’s clip (so far):

Isi going though some classic dysphasia moments, we stan, we relate, but also ouch babes I’m sorry :(

That shot where we see them wearing the same sweater as consti in the picture is sooooo good. Like it really pushed the narrative of like this is a gender thing and not an “idk what to wear” or a constantin thing so thanks for that druck!

I never thought I’d say this but like,,, Lou?? Redemption??? Like robin in the hood was lowkey the nail in the coffin of me not liking her but like,,, I kinda dig her now.

Lou calling them out on their misogynistic fight that they put her in the middle of and 👏🏼holding👏🏼them👏🏼accountable👏🏼 !!!

Also lou saying VERY clearly that “that’s just not me” and showing a very defined sense of self throughout the entire season and Isi ADMITTING THAT THEY DON’T KNOW WHO THEY AREEEEEEE WOWWWWWW SUBSTANCE ISI IS BACK AND HAS ME QUAKING!!!!!

I think not knowing what to wear/ not knowing how to present, is a great way to bring us deeper into the gender plot line without it being too forced? Like I’m happy the gender plot is finally here and it seems like an actual thing Isi is going through.

WE ARE FINALLY GETTING ISI POV: This clip get very ismail to me, it showed their struggles with presentation and how they also need someone (like a kieu my or a lou type) to hype them up every once in a while.

All in all I think the little fashion show moment is Lou is trying to show Isi that it can be fun to explore ur identity though clothes! And that fear shouldn’t keep you from that? Idk my little genderqueer heart was happy abt it. And though I have yet to forget the tragic “robin of the hood” I see that Lou cares for Isi way more than I thought she did. And I appreciate her for that.

Kinda wish this all happened in episode 2 tho.

Wish it hadn't taken half the season to get here but I love seeing dysphoria in nonbinary people shown. I'm so tired of this idea that we're these ethereal trans people without any insecurities or stressors who have every inch of their identity figured out. And also love the realistic way it was in this clip, no dramatics needed. Feels like an eva season almost which I really like.

I've just watched the new druck clip and I have to say that I actually liked it. But it also hit close to home. Especially at the beginning when Ismail wasn't sure what to wear or how he/they looked. When I had my gender idenity crisis I changed my clothes so many times before just going with the baggiest or simplest clothes I owned because it was just too stressful and anciety-inducing.
