(Also hi Tumblr, sorry I never post anymore)
I know I never post on here anymore, sorry for that, but the first episode of my new show aS How is out now! Go check it out and spread it around if you like it :)
"aS How" episode 1 will be coming out February 12th! I am so so excited to share this series with everyone, make sure to subscribe to the official "aS How" channel to be the first to see the series premier. My plan is to roll out a new episode every other week and if the first episode has enough momentum, I might launch a patreon to help fund the series, plus offer all sorts of cool added content.
Iāve been working on developing these characters since summer 2015 and have been animating this new series since October of last year, when the show comes out I hope you take a moment to check it out. I know I donāt have many followers on here but I appreciate those of you who stop to look. Thanks!
I made this shortly after I joined Disrupt and it's still one of my favorite pieces. Check it out, share it if you dig it! Happy Halloween!
I decided to do a time lapse for the first time since high school while working on a new piece. I have a show coming up in the short north next weekend (details coming soon) and wanted one more little alien dude to add to the bunch. Enjoy :)
"Holding Hands" 18 x 24 in. spray paint, acrylic paint, and sculpted limbs on canvas, framed.
Damn...similar composition and environment but a BIG difference. Above is a still from my first paid 2D animated gig back in 2014 and below is what I'm doing at work today. Even though I'm out of school, I'm still learning and pushing every day.
Happy National Video Games Day! This is a little something I got to make at work today for our Instagram (it ends kind of weird because it's designed to loop). I wanted to do something really loose and fun but not too detailed as I didn't want to spend all day on it. Reeeally love this job! :)
So, I havenāt been on here much lately because I started my first full-time job recently at Disrupt Media! Iām a video content creator and the sole animator for the company and Iām loving it so far! I canāt share any of the content yet, some of it will be public in October, but here are some screenshots. The first two images are from a Halloween short I did and the second two are from a series of 12 videos forĀ āHave The Talk Of A Lifetimeā. Thank you to everyone who has followed me along my artistic journey, Iām so happy to be on this next big step and to be working!Ā
Iām almost two weeks late posting, but I had a blast at Urban Scrawl 11! I did a digital illustration and acrylic painting in preparation and my final piece turned out somewhere between the two, which Iām happy with. I think if I participate next year Iāll do something a bit more ambitious, but this was still a ton of fun :)

I wanted to play with lighting because Iām not great with it, so hereās the product of that.Ā
Hey everyone! These are some ideas I've had for Urban Scrawl 11 and wanted to see which design people were liking the most. The final piece will be a 4x8 foot painting, but these give an idea of what I'm going for. I would really appreciate the input on which one is your favorite! Thanks!

āWeise Family Valuesā Process.
This is the typical process I use for commissions. The first image is all of the reference I used with the family members, pets, and overall style, and has a quick digital sketch I did to figure composition. The second image is an ink and water color sketch showing (more or less) what the final should look like. The rest of the images were taken on my phone while I worked showing how I work back to front :)

I wanted to sketch something with color and decided to do a piece with my old character, Elijah. I've done a lot with him but never found a medium I felt worked perfectly for the story I wanted to tell. This is what my junior high film "Elijah" would have ideally looked like, maybe I'll revisit it.
Hereās a tiny animation I did tonight just to play with a slightly different style. Nothing fancy at all, just wanting to use After Effects again as I hadnāt in a second. Enjoy!

Hadnāt done anything digital in a while and as I got to sketching this, I decided to turn it into a little .gif. Iām rusty and need to get back to it.Ā
