I love Sargent's portraits and this one (Dr. Pozzi at Home) has some major Raphael vibes, especially with all the red, so I did a sort of study ^^

Many thanks to @valentjin for this amazing work! I present you Nuria in her practical travel outfit with a short sleeved caftan, a simple turban to keep her hair neat and out of the way and hidden, long gloves going all the way above her elbows and tall riding boots going past her knees. A belt at her waist holds a knife, it can be used to hold pouches as well.

While she is often described as having dark eyes and grey-and-violet eyes (I do picture them with a dark tone and the colour pops more in the light - think Young Griff from ASOIAF: "Like his sire, Young Griff had blue eyes, but where the father's eyes were pale, the son's were dark. By lamplight they turned black, and in the light of dusk they seemed purple"), once she starts using her magic, her Air Genasi racial traits pop more and one of her most telling signs is her eyes, which take the same bright violet tone as her lightning spells. It also serves to hint at her actual class, which she usually hides for cultural reasons (that class is among the least accepted in Calimshan - it didn't stop her from raising through ranks though, because she is particularly shrewd when it comes to her job).
