About a year ago I saw these designs and the moment I did I knew I had to make them. There were two main problems - I (then) was very tight on budget and I (then) had no one to be my king... Some time passed, I started taking sewing commissions and met a wonderful beautiful darling who we became besties with and who agreed to be my dawang.

The most time spent on the sewing was during this year's September as we decided to participate in Chinese danmei-themed fest competition in November. The idea was cool, the music was suitable enough but we fucked up big time right on the scene so I'm only showing a few remaining okay-ish photos from there(also yes I was wearing a pair of horribly dense halloween-style yellow lenses, my bad these were the only ones I had at the time)

Personally I consider this to be my biggest sewing/crafting project yet, and the one Im pretty much satisfied with hehe

Anyways we are planning a separate outdoor photoshoot in about a month(with hopes of the good snowy weather ofc) after I add some finishing touches and a few more accessories, so that's not the last time you're seeing these two(⁠｡⁠･⁠ω⁠･⁠｡⁠)⁠ﾉ⁠♡

Flying to Italy and finding the exact field to recreate the picnic scene was pretty amazing. The costume took me a month to make 😮‍💨 it was so nice to shoot it in THE field!!
