I find it so funny that out of all the characters it is CATRA who physically can’t hide her feelings, since she’s always the one who tries to hide them. She’s always betrayed by her ears, tail, claws or even her involuntary purring. She even acts more like a cat when she’s distracted, lost on her thoughts or taken by surprise.

Something else that I’ve noticed is that chipped catra doesn’t do any of these things. When she’s fighting with adora, no matter how hard adora hits her, her ears always remain down, and her tail doesn’t move much either. Not even when she almost falls off the cliff.

And in case you were wondering, she spends the entire next episode (5x6 “Taking control”) recovering these body gestures little by little. Until, on the first minutes of 5x7, she fully moves like herself again, at THIS scene:
