I still hold remorse for getting slightly overzealous over a ritual that I was performing to help heal Timothy’s soul and to slightly alter his aura to a point where his no longer reads so strongly like how Jack’s aura does.

I know he forgives me but it weighs heavy on my soul.

Non Smokey Ways to Cleanse

We all know that you can cleanse with smoke cleansing, and insence but some people, those who have allergies or asthma should not be cleansing their spaces this way, so here are some different ways to cleanse your space!

Sunlight

Open up all the doors and windows in your home and let the sun wash away the negativity that has gathered in your home. If a gentle breeze passes through, let it!

The best days for this are Monday and Saturday, and would be best if you do it while the sunrises!

Moonlight

Like above, upon the doors and windows in your home and let the moonlight filter in.

The best times for this are during blue moons, or full, third quarter, waning, crescent or waning gibbous moons.

Sprays

Now sprays can be home-made or store bought.

Home-made should have sun water, any crystal, herbs, essential oils (use a carrier oil) and sigil that amplifies a cleansful intention. (Some crystals absolutely cannot go in water, be sure you have done your research before hand.)

If store bought, then scents like lemon, lavender, eucalyptus, bergamont, ylang ylang, sage (not white sage), frankincense, peppermint and chamomile.

How do you know the cards are comftorable w/ u and have accepted you? Like they are cool with how you treat them and go about them or the space they are used

first sign is, you get no rogue cards. aka your pile doesn’t fall apart while you handle it all the time. exception of course: you just picked up shuffling or your hands are way smaller than the deck.

second sign, cards flip out in response to questions fast. if it takes ages and you cut and reversed already, something’s off.

third sign, the item you store them in doesn’t go missing or breaks. if your deck kinda hates it there, your box or pouch is guarenteed to do strange things so that you find a new place. tip: the box/sack etc should be the size of the deck and not way larger so the cards toss around. the deck should be tightly enclosed.

fourth sign: no constant card repetitions. if the same fella comes out over and over, the tarot needs you to complete a lesson first. also, you don’t get any exact sequences (ex. the suits in order). if the tarot defaults to how it arrived from fool to king of coins, it doesn’t wanna communicate or is sick of the question. sequences are the tarot’s silent treatment.

fifth sign: it drops cards to the floor for emphasis. your deck gives you little signs of support that way. they fall down so you particularly notice (think of it as a death drop ok it’s always a highlight). it’s actually a good thing.

The once in a lifetime winter solstice

As if we haven’t had enough omens and struggles this year 2020 has one last surprise up its sleeve, of biblical proportions. What would you think if I said that near Christmas a new bright star will appear in the sky that’s so bright that it can been seen at dusk?

On the 21st of December (The Winter Solstice) The Earth, Jupiter and Saturn will all align for the first time since 1226 in the middle ages!

The alignment will cause what appears to be a superbright star in the sky that will be visible with the naked eye all that week. It will be so bright that it will be visible even at dusk. Although the best time to view is an hour after sunset.

In the middle ages it was known as the Greater Benefic. As one of the brightest objects in the nights sky it was said to bring good luck and prosperity. Throughout the world it is related to spiritual awakening, radiating not just light but the spiritual energy.

Saturn in magic

Related to hearth and home this planet in practice is connected to making positive changes.

The Winter Solstice was always the most important celebrations in the pagan calendar marking the banishment of darkness and the coming of the sun. It was a time for feasting and celebration, prior to becoming overshadowed by Christmas which was moved from Spring specifically to aid the pagan conversions.

Idea : The great conjunction is a perfect time to connect to your deity if you follow one. Decorate your Altar with Blue or Purple which is connected to these planets. We need some positivity this year so use this time to work spells that will bring you luck and positive change.
