Sorry for disappearing, I’ve been so busy lately. I’ve decided to make a comeback though, I promise I’m alive.

I’m going to do more fasts, lmk what you’d like to see 😸

As for my hunger right now, I haven’t eaten since 8 pm last night (only 2 tiny granola bars) and it’s already 9 am. My stomach kept me awake all night, and for the last few hours it’s been rumbling nonstop. I had a good couple months of eating regularly, so it’s really missing out on food. I’m probably gonna go for a 24+ hour fast, and I’ll try to get a recording too :)

Sorry I haven’t been very active, I’ve been having health issues and my hamster also recently died so I’m going through that as well💔 I’ll try to get back into posting soon! Here’s a picture of my angel, he was a really sweet boy and I miss him dearly. he was my whole world and now he’s gone. (Can’t even type this without crying) His name was honey btw. (Sorry I know this isn’t the stuff I usually post but I think he deserves to be known.)

Also, I wouldn’t mind if you guys could commission me or donate (on my kofi), I wanna get him cremated but it’s like 200 bucks even just for a hamster 💔 I’ll get back into it if it’s for honey 🕊️

I’m almost at 24 hours! I’m so hungry, and I’ve been on my feet all day so I definitely worked up an appetite. But unfortunately for my tummy, she isn’t getting anything tonight. Maybe tomorrow if she’s good. Well see. I could feel the grumbling all day, I’m super hungry. I also was spoiling my tummy a little, so to go without for so long out of the blue, she’s missing her last meal which was last night at around 11 pm (it’s now almost 8 pm) Do you think she deserves a meal tomorrow?

So tomorrow, I have 2 classes from 9am-3 pm and I really only have like 30 minutes in between, so I think imma take the chance and just fast throughout the whole day. I just hope my stomach doesn’t growl while I’m in class 😨 (oh nooooo….)

It’ll probably be around a 24 hour fast, maybe more if that’s what yall want 🤔

​a guide for handling your poor empty thing

recovering from a long fast requires patience and gentleness

here is the proper protocol to bring them back safely

🌡️ the body gets so cold when it's empty. before any food, wrap them in fuzzy blankets or a heated weighted vest. hold them until the shivering stops. they need to feel safe first.

💧 don't let them gulp. offer warm water or electrolytes in a sippy cup. hold it to their lips and tilt it slowly. let them know they don't have to rush anymore.

🥣 the stomach has shrunk, so solids will hurt. start with warm bone broth or a creamy soup. use a baby spoon. feed them tiny bites, blowing on it first to cool it down.

🤍look them in the eyes. stroke their hair. tell them they did such a good job enduring the emptiness. tell them they are a good girl/boy for waiting. wipe the corners of their mouth tenderly.

and as you feed them that last spoonful of warm soup, lean in close to their ear.

while they are warm, full, and feeling safe in your arms...

that was the last meal for the rest of the month."

I got a little recording! It’s short and the background noise is kind of loud but my stomach is somehow louder

So I did not eat before work, worked on an empty stomach and that was TORTURE especially since I work in fast food. Didn’t really growl while at work, maybe a little, but was definitely hollow.

I did end up caving and ate a Big Mac meal after my shift, but I think it was well deserved. Maybe I’ll fast some more tomorrow..

I need someone to physically withhold me from food and make me fast because sometimes food is soooo tempting.. I need them to eat in front of me, tease me, and make sure I don’t eat a single crumb until my stomach is loud enough that it deserves food.
