So this started out as an ed blog, but honestly with starting semaglutide (generic brand ozempic) on 24 June 2026, this might just end up being a WL blog instead of an outright disordered eating blog. Don't get it twisted, I still love my ED friends and I hope you guys can get your goals or w/e but I'm just taking this one day at a time, recovered or not.

Little talked about HARM REDUCTION that needs to be talked about:

Konjac noodles/jelly can hinder the absorption of medication. DO NOT HAVE WITH YOUR MEDS. Give yourself about a 2 hour window from med times to have konjac products.

I know my blog doesnt get a lot of views. Pls feel free to reblog since I know konjac is such a staple in the community and so many of us be medicated and meds/vitamins are important!

smth i wish that skinny people would understand is that when i say "skinny shaming is real and a huge problem", I don't mean it like "fat people shut the fuck up, you dont have problems" (you do-- im a fat person too, like actually my BMI is obese). I mean it like I grew up hearing that I was ugly if I was too skinny, "no one likes a girl who looks like a skeleton", "no one likes a girl with no meat on her bones", sexual jokes about my reproductive/secondary sex characteristic bits ("no cushion for the pushin'," micro tits, 'skeeter bite tits, flat cooch, etc), comments on my flat ass, etc.

When I say skinny shaming is a problem, I don't mean it like "oh im so thin, i can swim in my clothes1" I mean it like "its such a problem that I developed an unhealthy relationship with food and I've been B/Ping since I was fucking 13."
