This asshole had the audacity to quote tweet TeeTee's very sweet appeal to international fans with this absolutely horseshit opinion.

Apparently, the international fans they say are complaining are in MDL comments -- a very reliable source of good faith, reasonable opinions on media.

The whole point of the character is that Duang is not put off by Qin's grumpiness (and Qin not so secretly lines being pursued without pretense). His unshakeable optimism is perhaps a little second-hand embarrassment inducing, but it isn't childish, and it's certainly not diagnosable.

And! Even if it was "childish", he's 19 years old, and fully allowed to not be super mature in his crush and his flirting.

But just maybe he's just a silly little guy who doesn't know how to be subtle.

Perhaps most importantly, the autistic=childish thing is so gross and ableist, I don't even know where to start deconstructing what's going on there except that it's a big fucking yikes.

Anyways, this person deserves every bit of the backlash that they're getting, and I sincerely hope that TeeTee and Por don't take any of what she said to heart except the love that everyone who isn't this jackass has for them and for the show.
